Extended Daylight Savings Hours (8 October 2010)
Make the most of the longer days - go flying!
Commencing 15/10/2010 we will be open most Friday, Saturday
and Sunday afternoons until sunset.
At least one
instructor will
be available, and aircraft will be available for private hire on
these days during daylight savings.
Other days (and night flying) may be available for training by
arrangement with your instructor.

Flight Videos Now Available! (1 July 2010)
Airborne Aviation is now able to offer in-flight videos to its joyflight customers. Videos are available on the following flights:

New Website Launched (24 March 2010)
We have launched our new website!
The new look website features a lot more information on all our
courses and provides cost estimates for all flying training.
In keeping with the times Facebook and Twitter are now used to keep
our customers constantly updated on the happenings on the website

The Chipmunk Flies Again! (17 February 2010)
Our de Havilland Chipmunk (DHC-1) is back in the air!
After an extensive re-build and thorough engineering checks the
'Chippie' is available for training, joy flights, and hire - experience
requirements apply.
Fly back to the 1950's and experience the Chipmunk for yourself!

A new C172S (VH-PXW) with G1000 Glass
Cockpit is online!
In addition to the glass cockpit, this aircraft
includes leather seats
and an auto-pilot.
This aircraft has also been made available with
no minimum time
