It was exciting, thrilling, a little scary (at times due to turbulance), breath taking and so much fun. Wearing the leather hat and goggles with microphone attachment and being able to hear the pilot communicate with flight tower, and to be able to talk with the pilot the entire time made us so involved in this experience. The staff were fantastic and I felt very comfortable from the moment I met them. I always felt informed about safety and the route we were about to fly and got a commentary about the area as we flew. Receiving a photo sitting in the plane about to take off was also an unexpected touch. Absolutely brilliant!!! This experience is a must.

I have told everyone so far about my experience. It was a fantastic experience, not scary or rushed, both which added to it being a great time in the air with a competant pilot whom communicated well and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would definitety do this again and look forward to the day I book it in again!

We had a wonderful time in the two Tiger Moths. We tried lots of aerobatic tricks and never felt nervous or afraid. We took lots of amazing photos, but I think fiddling about with the cameras might have contributed to our tummies getting a bit iffy. We managed OK for the duration of the flight, but it took us a while to get our "land legs" back after we were on the ground. We would do it again in a flash, but I think I'll take a motion sickness pill beforehand next time, so I can concentrate on the fun, rather than thinking about my tummy. Fantastic!

My biplane flight was a real blast - my heart was pumping and it was a major rush of excitement as we performed move after move upside down and around every which way. The absolute freedom of being exposed to the open in an open cockpit was amazing. The biplane pilot was extremely accommodating - we performed more scary moves up to a point I did not want to do any more and he was very obliging and did not push me to do any more. I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in flying in an open plane.

Had a wonderful flight - just remember to bring a jacket - even on warm days it can be a bit chilly up there! My pilot was wonderful - very imformative, reassuring and responsive to my questions. Now my husband can't wait to go! Very positive experience!

After all my hours of flying the experience for the first time in an open cockpit was outstanding. I feel that now I have experienced real flying.

Fifty+ years disappeared as soon as I got into the aircraft! A mix of memories (from ATC Cadet and NST trainee) when I trained in Tiger Moths combined with the sheer joy of the present - the unique feeling of open cockpit flying in a 1940s aircraft. I look forward to describing the experience to my 16 year old grandson - I was his age when it all started. My wife and daughters say I haven't come down to earth yet!
